Cutting edge technology is being used in the new generation vehicles and their components are highly sophisticated. Complex in design, these components have to be manufactured in a highly competent facility with zero tolerance for error. The manufacturing of these components calls for the highest level of expertise.

To produce such quality components at the lowest possible cost, continual investment in the latest technology is a basic essential.

Considering the above factors, we set up an exclusive unit in 1998 for manufacturing of AC Pipes & Hose Assemblies. A ISO/TS16949 certified unit, Sebros Plant-III has employee strength of 250. Today we manufacture a complete range of HVAC Pipes for automotive application. We also produce EGR component which are used in new generation diesel engines. Approximately 40% of sales revenues for this unit are generated through exports to global markets.

The equipments at Sebros Plant-III include CNC Pipe Bending Machines,  Pipe End Forming  Machines, ‘O’ Ring Groove Forming Machines, Hose Crimping Machines,  Hydro Forming Machines,  Brazing Furnace  & Differential Leak Testing Machines besides modern measuring equipments such as CMM/Profile Projector etc.
