one or more automotive product development. SEBROS
ENTERPRISE UNIT I is the parent unit. Built on an
area of 2500 sq. mt., It
is TS 16949 unit. Unit I caters tubular components directly
to Maruti SUZUKI Ltd. and tractor industry. This unit
manufactures side impact beams, oil strainer, radiators, fuel
injection, and hydraulic pipes.

fully computerized induction-hardening plants, which
are able to harden the pipe between 35 - 65 hrc, the
length varies from 1m- 1.5m.
- SPM welding machines is used to weld oil strainers.

SEBROS
ENTERPRISE UNIT II has two dedicated manufacturing
sections. One section is a dedicated unit for Krishna Maruti
Ltd., which is the largest seat manufacturer in India. The
other section(M/S S.D.Engg. Works) makes precision machine components for Sona Koyo
Steering systems. Unit II is an ISO 9002 unit and is built
on an area of 7500 sq. mh. We have manpower of 200 personnel
in this unit. Unit II manufactures tubular seat frames, rack
sub assembly, rack steering, steering locks, pitman arms and
column assembly parts (rigid and collapsible). This unit manufactures
more than 1000 steering & seat sets per day.
